My love affair with ginger beer continues…this cocktail is fall in a glass–perfect for a chilly night with friends. I pinned the original recipe from here, but I decided that more bourbon couldn’t hurt, so we changed the recipe just a bit.
Bourbon Ginger Cider
2oz fresh apple cider
2oz ginger beer (or ginger ale, if you like a sweeter, less ginger-y drink)
2oz bourbon
Add ingredients to a glass and stir gently, add ice and garnish with an apple slice. Enjoy while watching the wind blow the red & gold leaves off of your trees.
