Welcome to the Dive Bar Letter Writers! We’re a letter writing club that meets in Chicagoland dive bars. We’re based in Forest Park which is a perfect spot for melding the city and the suburbs and it is full of good dives.

Celebrate Stationery Store Day with us! We’ll be at Simon’s in Andersonville (5210 N. Clark) on Saturday, August 1, from 2-4 PM. Show off your SSD purchases, enjoy a frozen glögg, write a postcard or two, and chat with fellow letter writers! 


Later this month, we will be popping up in our backyard during Forest Park’s Garage Galleries. Mark your calendars for Saturday, August 22–more details to come!
